Sales Inventory Planner

Madison is the leading distributor of branded cycle components and accessories in the UK & Ireland.  We have a vacancy for an Inventory Planner based at our Knowlhill offices

Forecasting demand is fundamental to successful inventory planning and you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of our forecasting and reporting systems, working closely with brand managers.  You will also need to work with logistics and operations teams and suppliers to improve and maintain purchasing efficiency.

Your primary objective will be the achievement of stock availability and stock turn targets. You must be flexible in your approach and willing to undertake a range of stock planning and purchasing tasks.

To apply for this role, you will need excellent numeracy skills, along with advanced Excel skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail is key, as is excellent communication and organisational skills.
