We are looking for cycling enthusiasts with Telesales or Customer Service experience to join our Telesales Team in Milton Keynes, working with our Madison and Sportline brands.
Madison & Sportline are a well-resourced business, developing market-leading products across all cycling disciplines, providing a comprehensive and well-supported product portfolio for all specialist retailers.
Successful applicants will be confident and clear communicators with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The main focus is on processing incoming telephone and email sales orders, providing technical information and back up service for our products. It is therefore essential that you have technical knowledge of our products, and ideally you will of course have a keen interest in cycling!
You will also be proactive in contacting designated accounts and advising our dealers on new products and special offers from time to time, as the business requires so it’s important that you have energy and passion for our products.
We expect all our Telesales staff to work well as part of this team so that we can continue to provide our Dealers with the excellent service we are known for.
