The role involves, but is not limited to:
• Processing inbound sales calls and emails.
• Calling customers with sales offers and new product information.
• Offering technical advice on all our products.
• Liaising with our Brand and Sales teams to ensure our customers are fully supported.
You’ll enjoy dealing directly with customers and have proven experience of this. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills (good written and spoken English are essential for this role) and be familiar with Microsoft Office products. A working knowledge of Road and MTB bikes is important, and a good technical knowledge of Shimano products is preferred.
