Maxxis Introduces Next Generation High Road

The original High Road, consistently a star performer in Maxxis’ line of road tyres, has been improved across the board.

All specs of the High Road will now get a 170 TPI casing instead of 120 TPI, resulting in reduced rolling resistance while also lowering weight 12-15% in tube-type specs. A redesigned tread pattern delivers better dry traction and wet cornering, while the new liquid crystal polymer fiber “ZK” anti-puncture layer improves puncture resistance by 7%. Revised construction on the tubeless ready specs improves both ride quality and air retention.

The High Road’s HYPR compound remains, delivering the same traction and low rolling resistance that helped to make the original model so popular.
