Through distributor Madison, Jono Jones has penned a new deal with Madison Clothing and Lazer helmets in a deal that also includes Shimano components, Maxxis tyres and 100% sunglasses. Everyone knows Jono for his wild antics on and off the bike but also for being a seriously talented rider across downhill, enduro and free-ride disciplines.

Jono joins as an ambassador and content creator to help promote the growing reputation of both brands within the mountain biking world, but is still as focussed as ever on racing and competing. Despite a slightly unclear race calendar ahead Jono plans to complete at downhill and enduro races as well as get himself to showpiece events such as Crankworx and Red Bull Hardline.

Talking about working with the above brands, Jono said: “I’m buzzing to be linking up with Madison once again. It’s a company that supported me in the early days and one that I’ve stayed close to for a long time - literally a few miles! I’m really lucky to call a lot of those guys my friends and I’m fired up for a big year with them beside me. Wahey!”

Aled Gamble, Marketing Manager at Madison, said: “We are super excited to be working with such a high-profile rider across Madison Clothing, Lazer, Shimano, 100% and Maxxis. Everyone knows Jono and what he’s about and he will be a huge asset to us. From working with him in the past, we know what a fantastic ambassador he is so looking forward to a great partnership and hopefully we can help him achieve his personal goals on the bike.”

As part of the sponsorship, Jono will be wearing Madison Clothing and Lazer helmets as well as running Shimano components, Maxxis tyres and 100% Sunglasses.
