Vittoria Becomes Main Partner of the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships

Vittoria announces a new, two-year partnership with the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) beginning in 2024. After successfully collaborating with the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup for the past three years, Vittoria is now proud to support the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships as one of its Main Partners.

 

This new partnership with the UCI represents a significant investment in establishing Vittoria's brand and products within the mountain bike community. The discipline’s UCI World Championships represent the UCI’s leading annual mountain bike event, and Vittoria is eager to make a lasting impact. Furthermore, Vittoria will be present at the event in Pal Arinsal, Andorra (28 August – 1st September) with a stand, staff, and athletes to engage with fans and enthusiasts.

 

UCI President David Lappartient stated: “Vittoria is a valuable partner of the UCI and cycling’s popular mountain bike discipline. I am delighted that Vittoria steps up its support as Main Partner of the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships for the next two years. The Italian company’s presence will provide added value to this prestigious event that unites the best mountain bike athletes in the world.”

 

Chairman and CEO of Vittoria Stijn Vriends stated: “We are very pleased to intensify our partnership with the UCI for the mountain bike discipline at UCI World Championship level. We have been working side-by-side with the UCI to support riders in various disciplines for many years and will continue to do that with enthusiasm!”

 

Vittoria will continue to provide technical support for sponsored teams at every round of the WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series, which includes the UCI World Cup for cross-country Olympic (XCO), cross-country short track (XCC), downhill (DHI), enduro (EDR), E-Enduro (E-EDR) and cross-country marathon (XCM). These teams include Wilier-Vittoria Factory Team XCO, Santa Cruz Rockshox Pro Team, KMC Ridley MTB Racing Team,  Caloi Henrique Avancini Racing, CS Carabinieri - Cicli Olympia, Berria-Polimedical MTB Racing Team, Pump for Peace Racing Team in the XCO, XCC and XCM categories, Commençal ICStudio in the DH category, Abetone Ancillotti Vittoria Factory Team, We Ride and Cube Mavic Collective teams in the EDR and E-EDR category. Fans can also expect to find Vittoria at the expo areas at each round of the WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series.
